What database does the app use?

The majority of numbers in the database are rated by our users based on their real experiences with calls. Additionally, we include ratings from the Do Not Call Registry and Federal Communication Commission. With approximately 30,000 new reviews added each day, our database is constantly updated to ensure accuracy. User reviews are first collected on our server and after being reviewed and approved by an administrator, they are sent to your local Should I Answer database during the daily update. Your privacy is always protected; we never use your private numbers for public presentation or processing. We only focus on new and unknown calls. If we discover a review for a personal number, we promptly work to remove it.

Why isn't this iOS app free?

We carefully considered how to provide you with a comprehensive service, including regular updates that you can rely on. Although the app itself does not contain advertisements, we needed to find a way to finance the time spent by our programmers on maintaining the growing database of numbers. Therefore, we have added a subscription feature to the iOS app. We believe this is the best way to ensure that your app is consistently maintained and continues to save you time as intended.
